Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services and website provided by Housekeeping by Hestia Ltd. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Housekeeping by Hestia Ltd provides premium home cleaning services including, but not limited to:

  • Routine House Cleaning

  • Deep Cleaning

  • Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning

  • Airbnb Cleaning

  • Home Organization

All services are subject to availability and are offered across selected locations within the West Midlands and Belfast.


3. Bookings

  • Bookings must be made via our website, phone, or email.

  • Quotes provided are based on the information you give and may be subject to change upon site inspection.

  • A confirmation message (via email or text) will be sent once your booking is accepted.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion.


4. Access and Safety

  • Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property.

  • If no one is present, prior arrangements must be made (e.g., key drop or code).

  • We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous environments.


5. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept major debit/credit cards and bank transfers.

  • For recurring services, payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.

  • Late or non-payment may result in additional charges and suspension of services.


6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% fee of the quoted service.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged in full.

  • We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests.


7. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you’re not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-clean at no extra charge.

  • This guarantee does not apply to issues caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g. cluttered rooms or restricted access).


8. Liability and Insurance

  • All Hestia cleaners are fully insured and DBS-checked.

  • While we take every precaution, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues caused by improper materials in the home.

  • Valuable, delicate, or sentimental items should be secured prior to service.

  • Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the service fee paid.


9. Use of Our Website

  • All content, branding, and material on our website are owned by Housekeeping by Hestia Ltd.

  • You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any part of the website without our written permission.

  • We do our best to keep information up to date, but we do not guarantee its accuracy at all times.


10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the time they are posted on our website. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of any revised terms.


11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
